Join Razer's 6-month Data Analytics and Product Support Intern role, revolutionizing gaming globally.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Support the full product lifecycle from pre-launch through end-of-life

- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL/JQL and statistical techniques

- Build Power BI dashboards and ad-hoc reports and presentations

- Use AI tools to spot trends in RMA data and gauge product improvement effectiveness

- Assist engineers with NPI Return-to-Engineering operations and automation

**Learning Objectives**

- Gain hands-on experience supporting products in a global tech environment

- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams across regions

- Develop practical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for gaming hardware and software

- Strengthen skills in SQL/JQL, data analysis, Power BI dashboards, and issue trend reporting

**Pre-Requisites**

- Pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

- Experience with SQL or JQL, and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools

- Coding experience in Python, plus working knowledge of Power BI (DAX) and Power Query (M language)

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
