## Description

We are seeking a Sr. Business Partner Enterprise Item to join our Insights, Strategy, and Growth team. As a strategic liaison for Enterprise Item, you will ensure adherence to enterprise item policies and procedures, drive operational efficiency, maintain high data quality, and resolve issues to support fast-paced business needs while mitigating risks related to defective items.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with core item teams and merchandising partners to optimize efficiency and drive business capability

- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Item Policies and procedures with high standards for guest and data quality

- Effective root cause problem solving, resolving emergencies and driving preventive solutions

- Maximize Item Operations Business team resources advocating for proper alignment of priorities

- Work with cross-functional partners to advise and advocate Item process and policies

Requirements:

- 4-year college degree

- 3+ years of Merchandising, Inventory, Supply Chain experience

- Strong presence, meeting management and facilitation skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce at all levels and external vendors in a professional and thorough manner

- Strong reasoning, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

- High level of initiative

- Strong commitment to quality and productivity measurements and controls

- High level of organizational skills, detail-oriented

- Proven ability to successfully lead a project and execute upon initiatives

Desired Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience working with Target Item Systems and processes

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year.
