## Description

We are hiring a kindergarten teacher to join our founding team in Miami-Dade, Florida.

As a kindergarten teacher at Success Academy, you will play a crucial role in establishing the culture, routines, and academic excellence of our school from day one.

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to strengthen instruction and student outcomes

- Serve as an ambassador of SA's Adult Winning Culture, demonstrating professionalism, excellence, ownership, and a focus on student success

- Engage and invest families in students' academic growth, behavior, and overall success

- Build strong relationships with students and create a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations

- Deeply study the SA curriculum, assignments, and learning goals

- Deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that drives mastery of the content

- Regularly study student work and assessment data to evaluate learning and identify areas for improvement

- Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students, establishing and enforcing routines and expectations

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

- Fluency in English; bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for learning and commitment to student development

- Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida
