## Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within our store. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, assisting them with their healthcare needs and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacy team with daily operations, including filling prescriptions, processing payments, and maintaining patient records

- Provide excellent customer service, answering patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

- Operate as part of the pharmacy team, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure patient safety and confidentiality

- Complete basic inventory activities, such as receiving medication deliveries, performing cycle counts, and returning stock

- Contribute to a high-performing team, embracing a growth mindset, and being receptive to feedback

- Remain flexible with scheduling and business needs, including volunteering to work shifts at other locations

Requirements:

- Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy

- Must be at least 16 years of age (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement)

- High school diploma or equivalent required (if state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement)

- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe

- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs
