We're looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Specialist, Business Compliance and Risk Management.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Compliance risk assessment and monitoring

- Assist with implementing compliance projects at the branch level, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate compliance strategies.

- Manage compliance-related initiatives from regulatory bodies and the head office compliance department.

- Develop and improve compliance monitoring mechanisms, providing risk alerts and recommendations to management.

- Establish and refine compliance processes to meet risk management needs.

- Conduct compliance reviews, offering expert advice and identifying potential risks.

- Provide guidance on business projects to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Organize and oversee compliance training programs.

- Risk management

- Support key risk indicator monitoring, abnormal indicator analysis, and risk event reporting.

- Coordinate risk assessments and risk management training.

- Collaborate with the risk management team to address major risk issues.

- Internal control management

- Assist with internal control matrix maintenance, self-assessment, and defect identification.

- Guide departments in implementing regulatory requirements.

- Compliance inspections and investigations

- Participate in compliance inspections and risk assessments initiated by the head office or branch compliance department.

- Cooperate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.

- Compliance reporting

- Prepare timely and accurate reports on compliance issues.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree or higher.

- At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with 3 years in a related field such as law, compliance, auditing, or risk management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently under pressure.

- Proficiency in Chinese and English.
