## Description

Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal has an opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, to join our team.

As Director of Clinical Services (DoCS), you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership, driving the hospital’s quality strategy and ensuring the delivery of outstanding clinical and therapeutic care in line with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading clinical governance, audits, incident investigations, safeguarding, complaints management and restrictive practice reduction

- Working collaboratively with clinical teams and key stakeholders to oversee quality assurance and support regulatory inspections

- Providing coaching, training and professional guidance to enhance clinical practice

- Participating in senior management on-call duties as required

This position is a leadership role at Priory and during the interview process we will be assessing candidates against our leadership behaviours.
