## Description

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As a Business Systems Architect, you will be an integral part of designing and building out Figma's Financial systems landscape. You'll be joining a small team with a broad purview over different Accounting functions, focusing on the Order-to-Cash and Revenue workstream.

Responsibilities:

- Build and provide ongoing system architecture and design reviews to ensure best-in-class Order-to-Cash processes.

- Identify opportunities for configuration, integration, and process improvements across Order-to-Cash and Revenue Recognition.

- Align cross-functional teams on technical requirements and goals related to ERP functionalities.

- Design and implement software solutions to increase automation, reduce risk, and create scalability.

- Mentor junior team members and participate in interviewing and hiring decisions.

- Provide support for expanding and troubleshooting systems outside of Order-to-Cash.

- Serve as the subject matter expert on NetSuite ERP and provide end-user training and support.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience working with accounting teams in a fast-growth environment, ideally with strong NetSuite administration experience.

- Solid understanding of Accounting principles and processes.

- Experience supporting ancillary Accounting systems.

- Balanced skill set as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Technical Systems Analyst.

- Passion for helping teams scale and grow through technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Consulting experience in systems implementation or integrations.

- Experience supporting Stripe, Avalara, or Tesorio.

Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000-$269,000 USD
