## Description

We are seeking a Product Leader to reimagine the next evolution of our design system. As a Director, Product Management - XP at Capital One, you will lead a nimble, dedicated team through discovery, prototype, and MVP of our next generation, agentic design system.

The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful product leader who can flex across job families, stretch across strategy, and bring organisations along this agentic journey together.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas:

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100

- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000

- New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900

- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
