## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Medical Scientist to join their Clinical Solutions team. The successful candidate will partner with Medical Directors to provide clinical and scientific input to early and late-stage clinical development programs, ensuring scientific integrity and data quality of clinical trials.

**Core Responsibilities**

- Develop medical plans, including Medical Management Plans, Medical Data Review Plans, and Eligibility Review Plans

- Perform regular and ad-hoc medical reviews of data listings and data visualization

- Analyze data to identify risks and data patterns/trends

- Author medical data queries and review query responses

- Collaborate with study team members, including Clinical Operations, Data Management, Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance, and Project Management

- Manage project scope of work, objectives, and quality of deliverables

- Adhere to all data privacy guidelines, International Committee on Harmonization (ICH), and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs)
