## Description

Join the Enterprise Sourcing team at Disney, a strategic partner driving excellence in stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and sourcing innovation across the company. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist in Marketing Creative Services, you will design and implement sourcing strategies, lead end-to-end RFx processes, identify cost savings opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to execute agreements.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement sourcing strategies for Marketing Creative Services

- Lead end-to-end RFx processes, including scope development, supplier identification, bid management, evaluation, and executive-ready award recommendations

- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation

- Partner with key stakeholders, vendors, and Legal to execute agreements

- Act as a strategic advisor to Marketing partners, providing guidance on Sourcing approach and best-practices

- Promote cross-functional collaboration and explore innovative sourcing models

- Build strong relationships with Marketing and Finance partners

- Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships

- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor capabilities

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or related field

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills

- Expertise in the full Strategic Sourcing lifecycle

- Strong analytical skills

- Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value agreements

- Professional, customer-focused, and highly organized

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
