Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Acorn Park Crawley, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
