## Description

We are seeking Future Production Supervisors to join our dynamic team at GSK Canada. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team and oversee production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Quality: Implement and update procedures, identify and report quality issues, and participate in investigations and audits.

- Health and Safety: Enforce health, safety, and environmental procedures, conduct risk analyses, and report hazardous situations.

- Resource Management: Manage resources to meet production plans, develop employees, and optimize processes.

- Development and Performance: Develop employees, implement continuous improvement principles, provide technical support, and analyze operations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, quality assurance, and other departments to resolve issues and align with partners.

**Requirements:**

- University or college diploma in pharmaceuticals, food processing, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in personnel management.

- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, food processing, or a highly regulated industry.

- Knowledge of production processes and equipment.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to collaborate and build relationships.

- Good judgment for decision-making.

- Experience with continuous improvement systems.

- Familiarity with GSK's regulatory policies for environment, health, safety, and quality (an asset).

- Availability to work varied shifts and be on call.
