## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Fundamentals team in Bangalore. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for guiding service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience, resolving complex issues, and analyzing root causes. You will also mentor and train staff, partner with operations managers, and communicate effectively with global teams.

Responsibilities:

- Guide service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or statistics

- Fundamentals content knowledge is a must

- Strong analytical and customer service skills

- Experience with databases, data flows, and definitional practices

- Proficiency in tools such as Python, Power Apps, SQL, and Scikit-learn

- Strong written and communication skills
