## Description

As a Compliance Program Manager for DCMA engagement and contract compliance, you will lead engagement with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and ensure audit readiness, contract integrity, and compliance across autonomous aircraft, drones, ground control systems, and integrated government-owned equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with program teams to develop strategies to meet DCMA requirements

- Acting as primary liaison with DCMA personnel, managing correspondence, audits, and site interactions for programs under your purview

- Maintaining a clear, current, and strategic understanding of all DCMA engagements, site visits, and their connection to contract deliverables and overarching Anduril strategy

- Cultivating and sustaining a high-trust relationship with DCMA personnel through proactive, transparent communication

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DCMA relationship management, executive risk communication, and internal program support & compliance readiness reviews.

Required qualifications include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar field with 5-7 years of direct DCMA engagement

- Outstanding Program Management skills combined with the proven ability to operate in a nebulous environment

- Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, AS9100, and defense quality frameworks

- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aircraft product development and complex production process management

Preferred qualifications include:

- Master’s Degree in Engineering or MBA

- 2+ Years of Management Consulting Experience

- 5-7 years of experience of process development based on federal regulatory requirements

The salary range for this role is $146,000-$194,000 USD.
