## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Crystal Peaks Sheffield, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

In this role, you will be required to work:

- Sundays: 16:00 - 20:00

- Wednesdays: 18:00 - 22:00

- Fridays: 18:00 - 22:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
