## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Accor in Vitacura, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct storage of incoming goods, purchasing hotel supplies, and managing inventory levels.

Key responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming merchandise and ensure proper storage according to regulations and procedures

- Conduct purchases for the hotel within established standards, seeking the best price, deadline, and quality

- Identify new suppliers and recommend them to management to expand supply possibilities

- Receive merchandise, checking documentation and items, acting in case of irregularities, and confirming receipt with stamp and signature

- Store materials in the Main Warehouse area, organizing them in pre-established locations according to the PEPS system

- Account for invoices in the Warehouse system, issue a report, and send it for approval and then to the accounting office

- Separate materials based on received requisitions, making them available for delivery according to pre-established procedures

- Control stock levels (minimum and maximum) to make necessary purchase requests

- Perform material and warehouse inventories, sending corresponding information to the accounting office

- Prepare discrepancy reports, comparing balance information, and submit them to relevant areas

- Follow environmental guidelines for selective collection and water and energy consumption

- Contribute to achieving area goals through efficient task execution

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics

- Knowledge or studies in logistics

- 5*2 shift
