## Description

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for representing Charlotte Tilbury Beauty through sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory.

The role involves driving financial results, overseeing day-to-day operations, strategizing future needs, and executing sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed plan

- Determining individual and team sales targets

- Identifying and executing key eventing opportunities

- Inspiring and motivating door teams to drive sales

- Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities

- Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example

- Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners

- Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock files

- Implementing visual merchandising and maintaining counter hygiene standards

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of beauty industry experience, 2+ years of beauty retail management experience, intermediate MS Office skills, excellent numerical and analytical skills, and demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and developing winning teams.
