Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join their team as part-time retail staff in Asheville, North Carolina.

As a Freelance Makeup Artist with Charlotte Tilbury, you will teach customers about artistry gained over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities.

You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Promote and create makeup magic in-store, representing Charlotte Tilbury's ethos, products, and image

- Drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service

- Achieve sales targets by creating an amazing experience and providing exemplary service

- Reflect the brand values and customer base

**Main Duties:**

**Sales:**

- Strive to achieve event goals and sales per hour targets

- Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge

- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines

**Customer Service:**

- Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service

**Team Work:**

- Demonstrate a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues

- Assist and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity

**Operations:**

- Ensure the counter/gondola is customer-ready from open to close of business

- Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards

- Assist with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement

- Assist with maintaining required inventory levels

- Assist in the execution of events

- Maintain consistent communication with the Brand Field Team

- Manage schedule, clocking in and out, and submit time sheets on the payroll application
