## Description

As the Facilities Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting our facilities in Broomfield, Boulder, Ft. Collins, and Colorado Springs.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage the day-to-day operations in our industrial space consisting of production, manufacturing, and test support.

- Scoping mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work as the space evolves and changes.

- Project manage capital improvement projects.

- Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning.

- Collaborate tightly with Environmental, Safety, and Health to ensure compliance.

- Responsible for resolving workplace activities for two warehouses.

- Navigate fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, and other general utility repairs.

- Help to set the culture of the company by working with senior leadership.

**Required Qualifications**

- 5+ years of related experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive, and other types of manufacturing facilities.

- Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.

- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

- Knowledgeable and experienced in management of ESH in a facility.

- Knowledgeable and experienced with operating and maintaining forklifts, aerial man lifts, and overhead gantry cranes and hoists.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- High ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.

- Independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.

- Strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

- Positive can-do attitude and bias towards action.

- Authorized to work in the United States.
