## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Stirling store. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly. Responsibilities include managing stock, handling deliveries, and maintaining the shop floor's appearance.

Key tasks:

- Operating mechanical equipment relevant to the job role

- Managing stock and deliveries efficiently

- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor

- Working flexibly across different areas of the store

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock

- Collaborating with colleagues to meet customer demands

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older due to health and safety legislation

- Physically able to handle the demands of the role

- Digitally confident with experience using digital tools

- Flexible and able to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends

- Ability to work up to full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December)

Working pattern:

- Monday: 4:45 AM - 8:45 AM

- Tuesday: 4:45 AM - 8:45 AM

- Saturday: 4:45 AM - 8:45 AM

Additional information:

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Part-time role with potential to work full-time hours during peak periods
