## Description

Anthropic's Infrastructure organization is responsible for systems that train models, serve products, and support engineering teams. This includes datacenter operations, capacity planning, accelerator cluster management, production serving infrastructure, developer tooling, data pipelines, and networking.

We're hiring a TPM leader to own program management across this ecosystem from compute provisioning through to production workloads. You'll report to the Head of TPM, partnering with engineering leaders on technical strategy, roadmapping, and aligning TPM support.

You'll drive 2–3 critical programs while leading your team. This role requires experience at scale to build and scale the team to support Anthropic's rapid growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- IC Program Leadership:

- Own and drive 2–3 high-priority programs across infrastructure

- Run programs, including datacenter bring-up timelines, capacity scaling plans, and infrastructure migrations

- Build processes and playbooks as you go

- Earn credibility with engineering leads through solid execution

- Team Building & Development:

- Set the standard for good TPM work in this domain

- Coach and develop TPMs

- Transition programs to your team as you hire

- Grow the team with excellent TPMs

- Planning & Prioritization:

- Work with engineering leads to identify work that would most benefit from TPM support

- Make tradeoffs about what to staff vs. what to skip

- Maintain portfolio-level visibility across programs

- Represent the team in planning cycles and leadership reviews

- Cross-functional Coordination:

- Coordinate across Infrastructure and partner teams

- Drive alignment on programs that cross organizational boundaries

- Own executive communication on program status, risks, and resource needs

**Requirements:**

- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs

- Experience building a team or function from scratch

- Scaled TPM teams to support rapidly-growing company environments

- Worked across physical and software infrastructure

- Ran large-scale compute or infrastructure programs

- Can communicate complex programs clearly to senior leadership
