## Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for selling and executing the company's strategy and initiatives with a set group of regions, divisions, or banners of a specific national chain.

Your main priorities will include:

- Owning regional key account volume, share, spending budgets, and results

- Developing productive business relationships with assigned accounts

- Creating solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving Red Bull goals

- Driving best practices by producing excellent results and innovative solutions

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing regions, banners, and divisions of an account

- Executing distribution, price, promotion, and quality points of distribution strategies

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with local decision-makers

- Analyzing business data to define priorities and focus

- Conducting quarterly business reviews and communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of sales and key account experience in a beverage, CPG, or FMCG industry

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to travel 60-70%
