## Description

We're seeking a Risk Management Program Manager to join our Business Technology (BT) organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the BT Risk Management Framework, driving compliance and policy enhancement, and establishing a program to ensure application and controls information accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist with the design and formalization of the BT Risk Management Framework

- Drive compliance and policy enhancement, including controls and procedures

- Establish a program to ensure application and controls information accuracy

- Lead risk and control analysis, and manage remediation and follow-up

- Project leadership for risk assessment and GRC-related findings

- Cultivate strategic partnerships with BT leaders and cross-functional partners

- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new security behaviors and risk processes

- Establish outcome-driven metrics to measure the effectiveness of risk management, compliance, and control activities

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years experience in GRC, developing and implementing GRC policies and procedures

- 8+ years of experience conducting internal audits, and managing regulatory compliance

- 8+ years of experience in risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements

- Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit procedures, and compliance regulations

- Experience designing federal SaaS cloud computing systems

- Familiarity with privacy principles and regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA

- Experience with industry compliance standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC1/SOC2

- CISA, PMP, CIPP or other related certifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
