## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Outpatients department at Thornbury Hospital. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. You will assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly. You will also maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, communicate effectively with patients and families, and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)

- Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting

- Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Proficiency in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning
