## Description

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is a senior site leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational management of finished goods warehousing, materials management, logistics, and plant planning at one of the world's largest spirits manufacturing facilities.

Key accountabilities include:

- Leading the Warehouse, Materials, Finished Goods, Logistics, and Planning organizations

- Developing and executing short- and long-term warehouse, logistics, inventory, and capacity strategies

- Ensuring reliable finished-goods transportation and warehouse operations

- Managing warehouse and shipping budgets

- Maintaining strong inventory integrity and product availability

- Leading cross-functional problem solving and root-cause resolution

- Establishing and improving operating processes using continuous improvement methodologies

- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, GMP, food safety, quality, regulatory, and dangerous-goods transportation requirements

The role requires strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, financial, and people-leadership capabilities, with the ability to make sound decisions in a complex, highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred, significant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, logistics, or planning, preferably within consumer products, and strong knowledge of supply-chain planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
