## Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead multiple branches in our network. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for results, quality, and costs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead multiple branches and manage teams to achieve sales, quality, and cost targets

- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability

- Coach and develop employees to improve sales skills and secure processes and quality standards

- Ensure high-quality advice and service to customers, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance to trainees

**Requirements:**

- Completed university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) or equivalent professional experience

- Proven track record in sales and leadership

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

- Knowledge of financial markets and products
