## Description

Visa is seeking a commercially minded and results-oriented Visa Acceptance Solutions Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, market education and client engagement programs across Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA).

The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, qualified demand, pipeline growth, product adoption and revenue contribution across Visa's Acceptance Solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Growth Marketing Strategy and Execution: Adapt and execute regional growth marketing programs aligned to VAS Acceptance Solutions business priorities, revenue goals and market opportunities across CEMEA.

- Demand Generation and Pipeline Growth: Create targeted customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell and retention programs that contribute measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

- Content Strategy and Sales Enablement: Translate complex Acceptance Solutions capabilities into clear, relevant and compelling customer value propositions.

- Events, Executive Engagement and Partner Marketing: Lead marketing activation for Visa-hosted and third-party events.

- Cross-Functional Leadership and Program Management: Act as the regional growth marketing point of contact for Visa Acceptance Solutions initiatives.

- Measurement and Optimization: Establish objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements for marketing programs.

Qualifications:

- Basic Qualifications: 6 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or at least 4 years of experience with an Advanced Degree.

- Demonstrated experience creating integrated marketing programs that contribute to qualified demand, pipeline and revenue growth.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects and influence at multiple levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, payment acceptance, payment processing, digital commerce, fintech, SaaS or enterprise technology.

- Experience marketing to enterprise merchants, financial institutions, acquirers, payment service providers, fintechs or technology partners.
