## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Developer Technology Engineer - AI to join its Compute Developer Technology team. The team connects the NVIDIA platform with developers worldwide, solving performance bottlenecks and guiding next-generation hardware and software.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work with key application developers to understand problems and build optimized parallel algorithms and data structures for GPUs.

- Collaborate with NVIDIA teams to influence next-generation architectures, software platforms, and programming models.

- Optimize high-performance operators, including GPU kernel optimization and compiler optimization.

- Improve communication for distributed large language models workloads by refining communication libraries.

**Requirements:**

- Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or computer science.

- 2+ years of work experience.

- Solid understanding of C, C++, Python, or Fortran.

- Strong knowledge of software development, programming techniques, and algorithms.

- Strong mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra and numerical methods.

- Background in parallel programming and accelerated computing.

- Experience in full-stack performance analysis and optimization.

- Solid software engineering fundamentals and system architecture thinking.

- Strong communication and cooperation abilities.
