Join our team as a Civil Engineer in Renewable Energy and be part of shaping communities and advancing humanity.

We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to work on renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Your Impact:

- Define project technical requirements and develop tailored solutions.

- Present engineering concepts, study results, and recommendations to clients, partners, and internal teams.

- Design civil infrastructure for wind, solar, and BESS projects.

- Plan and optimize access roads to facilitate equipment transportation while minimizing construction costs and environmental impacts.

- Optimize site layouts and excavation works to reduce cut and fill volumes.

- Coordinate site development with multidisciplinary teams.

- Conduct hydrological, hydraulic, drainage, and stormwater management studies.

- Design water management infrastructure.

- Assess risks related to runoff, erosion, and surface water management.

- Produce, verify, and approve engineering deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.

- Perform site visits and technical inspections.

- Support construction teams in resolving site issues.

- Supervise and support technicians, designers, and drafters.

- Participate in coordination with geotechnical, environmental, electrical, and construction disciplines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- Professional Engineer license in Quebec (OIQ).

- At least 3 years of experience in civil infrastructure design and delivery.

- Experience in access road design, excavation, drainage, hydrology, and water management.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other civil design software.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

- Fluency in French and English.

Salary Range:

- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $40.70 - $53.90

- MB & ON: $37.10 - $51.10

- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $36.70 - $48.80
