## Description

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is the lead agency driving Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT & SS), GovTech develops the Singapore Government's capabilities in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, Smart City Technology, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

We are looking for a Product Manager to explore and build high-value use cases for AI context layers across government. AI systems are only as reliable as their understanding of the underlying data. The same term or data field may have different meanings or calculation logic across different government agencies. Without that context, people and AI tools misinterpret data, give wrong answers, or fail to combine sources.

Responsibilities:

- Set the product strategy: Define the vision for government context layers and the use cases they should enable.

- Help agencies build their own context layers: Build a network of partner agencies willing to co-develop and test use cases.

- Build a cross-agency context layer: Identify use cases that need concepts, entities and relationships understood across agency boundaries.

- Measure and iterate: Define and track product metrics that show real value.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 or more in product management within cross-functional teams.

- Strong product sense and product management experience.

- Experience delivering data or AI products, with a working understanding of data governance, provenance, access control and information security.
