## Description

As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical pre-sales and implementation of AirWallex solutions for complex client engagements. You will turn agreed business requirements into solution designs and actionable plans, orchestrating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver on time, on scope, and to a high quality bar.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams on high-value implementations and expansions.

- Partner with implementation and account management teams to translate customer requirements into scalable architectures.

- Work with sales teams on technical discovery to understand customer systems, data flows, and workflows.

- Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.

- Create and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and lightweight tooling.

- Channel customer pain points and integration feedback into Product and Engineering.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

- 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, managing complex technology or financial services implementations.

- 8+ years of client-facing delivery or professional services experience in a high-paced environment.

- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
