As Head of Strategic Real Estate, AD&S, you will build and lead the AD&S team that turns what our products need into the right infrastructure, in the right place, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and Lead the AD&S RE&F Team

- Set the Real Estate Strategy

- Prioritize and Allocate

- Facility Requirements

- Construction and Launches

- Multi-Year Plan and Investment

- Utilization, Financial Impact, and Special Projects

- Backstop the Function

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 15+ years in real estate, facilities, or manufacturing infrastructure at a high-growth hardware company or similar fast-paced environment

- A record of building and leading a team of planners, industrial engineers, and analysts

- Excellent project management skills and a proven record of delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget

- Experience setting up new industrial facilities, production lines, or factories from requirements gathering to execution

- Fluent in technical documentation like facility drawings, highly proficient in Excel, and deep in construction means and methods

- Experience working with a corporate real estate organization as a partner or internal customer

- Ability to travel up to 10% for site visits and stakeholder meetings

- Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with test sites, labs, or other specialized facilities for aerospace or defense

- Experience forecasting space for manufacturing, R&D, or other capital-intensive operations

- Background in defense, aerospace, or another fast-growing hardware company

- Experience across various stages of the company lifecycle, including high double digit to triple digit annual growth phases
