## Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at FUCHS in Fairhaven, MA. You will oversee manufacturing personnel, ensuring safe and efficient operations, on-time delivery of quality products, and adherence to packaging, labeling, and product specifications. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000 per year.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise manufacturing personnel and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations and quality products.

- Lead continuous-improvement efforts using Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies.

- Maintain a safe working environment, supporting equipment upkeep and environmental controls.

- Deploy and maintain quality management practices within manufacturing.

- Manage day-to-day people processes, including training, performance appraisals, and staffing levels.

- Coordinate manufacturing priorities and communicate effectively with various departments.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.

- 5+ years of experience with SAP; S/4HANA experience is a plus.

- Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and test procedures.

- Basic math skills and ability to understand verbal and written directions in English.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move 55-gallon drums of material.
