## Description

S&P OpCo, LLC seeks a Manager, Cloud Engineering who will engineer storage solutions and content replication to meet performance requirements.

The successful candidate will administer AWS infrastructure including compute, network, and storage resources.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provisioning compute instances in AWS and managing resource utilization

- Engineering network solutions in AWS and establishing connectivity to data centers

- Developing scripts to deploy systems configurations on the Cloud

- Deploying security patches and upgrades, configuring core services, and deploying database instances

- Coordinating with Database Administration teams and implementing highly available and fault-tolerant solutions

- Investigating latency issues, network packet drops, and system performance issues, and addressing security vulnerabilities in infrastructure

- Participating in risk assessment reviews and audits, and maintaining network diagrams, systems installation configuration and guides, support procedures, and runbooks

- Managing and executing disaster recovery plans, coordinating change control process, and obtaining approvals

- Responding to critical production issues and providing immediate workarounds to maintain business continuity

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,735 to $206,350.
