## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Healthcare Data Maintenance Specialist. You will be responsible for the daily maintenance of healthcare organizations and prescribers in all databases in the US Region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Complete maintenance of reference data (healthcare organizations and prescribers) essential for US Production.

- Perform research, such as internet searches, phone verification, and database matches, to gather information from third parties that validates the completeness or accuracy of the data.

- Conduct outbound phone verification of details on organization and prescriber records to validate the accuracy of reference data maintained and capture client-required details.

- Perform ad hoc data analysis and participate in various process improvements as needed.

- Validate that the information gathered from third-party sources represents accurate new data that should result in an update, creation, or deletion in the database's existing data.

**Requirements:**

- Graduate of any 4-year course; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in handling voice and healthcare accounts is an advantage but not required.

- Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word).

- Strong verbal and/or written communication skills in either the language of the country supplied or English.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of complex concepts and processes.

- Has initiative and is self-motivated to see through concerns raised by clients until resolution.

- Must be willing to work at night.
