## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contract Specialist / Contract Manager III to work remotely in Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing clinical trial agreements, amendments, site budget negotiations, and contract lifecycle management with minimal oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy

- Maintaining internal project trackers with accurate and timely information

- Negotiating study budgets and contracts with sites

- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure goals and priorities are aligned

- Identifying and mitigating contractual or operational risks

- Preparing contract and budget escalations as required

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field

- Demonstrated experience in managing clinical trial agreements and contracts

- Strong understanding of CTA drafting and negotiation, contract templates, and budget development

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
