## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Talbot Green. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in keeping stores running smoothly. This physically demanding, high-intensity role requires you to work early mornings and ensures our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers.

Responsibilities include:

- Working across the wider store where needed, adapting to the pace and demands of retail.

- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently.

- Being a team player, working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store.

- Adapting quickly to keep things moving, from early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day.

**Important:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. This job role involves working early mornings, so applicants must be over 18 years old to comply with health and safety legislation.

**Working Hours:** WK1: Mon 16:00-20:00, Thurs 18:00-22:00, Sat 18:00-22:00 WK2: Sun 17:00-21:00, Tues 18:00-22:00, Thurs 16:00-20:00
