## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Specialist Sales, Digital Payments to drive the adoption and expansion of digital payment solutions across North West & Francophone Africa (NWFA) Cluster.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Management Team and partner with cross-functional teams across NWFA to articulate product value, influence stakeholders, and accelerate client readiness for implementation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Product Adoption & Implementation Enablement: Drive the adoption and enablement of Tokenization and Authentication solutions by articulating value propositions, influencing stakeholders, and accelerating client readiness for implementation.

- Client Inquiry & Product Expertise: Serve as a key contact for internal and external inquiries on product rules, implementation, and technical topics.

- Cross-functional & Regional Coordination: Collaborate with NWFA teams to align on product rollout and expansion, issue resolution, and policy updates.

- Adoption & Customer Experience Improvement: Support initiatives to increase adoption and usage of Tokenization and Authentication solutions in NWFA.

- Product Feedback & Market Insights: Collect and analyze client and market feedback related to product usability and implementation.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services (Issuer, Acquirer, PSP, or Card network experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of payment processing flows, tokenization architecture, and authentication solutions.

- Ability to interpret technical documentation, product specifications, and rules accurately.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations.

- Business-level proficiency in English for regional collaboration.
