## Description

We are seeking a Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong.

As a Loss Prevention Supervisor, you will be responsible for assessing the risk in the hotel work environment to minimize associates' illness and injury during work hours. You will inspect hazardous factors in the work environment, quality of equipment or facilities used by associates, and lead the organization toward a healthy and safe work environment by advising, monitoring, and reporting in the workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assessing and mitigating risks in the work environment

- Inspecting hazardous factors and ensuring compliance with safety standards

- Advising and monitoring staff to ensure a safe work environment

- Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management

- Participating in safety training and certifications

- Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets

- Providing excellent customer service and responding to guest needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field

- At least 2 years of related work experience

- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
