## Description

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager to join its Treasury Finance Transformation team. The team supports, builds, and expands Stripe's treasury capabilities. As a project manager, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution by aligning team efforts, managing timelines, and delivering on objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Tackle complex questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation.

- Lead and manage projects focused on operational efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance.

- Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and engage stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of operational and regulatory changes.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Establish effective project governance and prepare materials for senior management.

Requirements:

- At least 6 years of experience in Change Management, preferably in management consulting or change management within high-growth tech companies.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex technical products.

- Hands-on, adaptable approach with comfort operating in ambiguous environments.

- Curiosity-driven mindset to effectively lead technical teams and subject matter experts.

Preferred qualifications:

- Knowledge of the payments industry and fintech landscape.

- Familiarity with capital markets and risk management concepts.

- Experience writing complex business and data requirements.

- Experience with SQL, Python, or equivalent.

- Familiarity with AI as an enabler of change management.
