## Description

We are seeking a Business Developer BPO Manager to work flexibly across Germany in a hybrid work model. As a key member of our team, you will shape the future of modern BPO services in the finance environment.

Your main tasks will include:

- Building and developing the sales pipeline by identifying and advancing new business opportunities in the BPO area with a focus on finance processes.

- Qualifying opportunities and developing customer solutions by analyzing customer needs and working with stakeholders to create tailored BPO solution approaches.

- Steering and developing proposals by actively contributing to their creation and positioning, and coordinating with involved stakeholders.

- Further developing campaigns and account strategies by bringing in your market and process knowledge to position BPO offers effectively.

Requirements:

- A degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of experience in business development BPO, ideally with a focus on finance processes and in a BPO or outsourcing advisory environment.

- Knowledge of finance processes and a solid understanding of corresponding business processes.

- Experience with nearshore and offshore delivery models, as well as commercial models such as FTE-based, transaction-based, or outcome-based models.

- Proficiency in German and English at level C1 or higher.
