## Description

Join Target's team as a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Worker, with opportunities to grow your pay based on tenure.

**Job Overview** In this role, you will be part of Target's Warehouse Operations team, ensuring efficient processing and shipping of merchandise to stores and guests.

**Responsibilities**

- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests

- Ensure accurate processing of merchandise

- Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory

- Maintain a neat, clean, and organised work area

- Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time

- Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

**Requirements**

- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally

- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude

- Accurately use basic math skills and read labels, tickets, and product documentation

- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency

**Additional Requirements for Warehouse Worker**

- Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely

- Work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable
