Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Eclipse Park, Maidstone. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Wednesday: 17:45-00:00

- Thursday: 17:45-00:00

- Friday: 17:45-00:00

- Saturday: 17:45-00:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products to make recommendations

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late nights

**Benefits:**

- Competitive hourly rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for shifts between 22:00-06:00

**Note:** Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
