**Team Leader Used Car Sales**

## Responsibilities

- Stringent and sustainable sales management using the management control cycle

- Technical and disciplinary leadership of used car sales and purchasing. Responsibility for achieving goals in the used car area (sales figures, profit, customer satisfaction, etc.)

- Control of the entire sales process – from vehicle purchase, preparation, and pricing to sales

- Further development of the sales strategy and implementation of sales measures

- Analysis of market and competition trends to optimise the vehicle stock

- Close collaboration with management and other departments (e.g., workshop, new cars, accounting)

- Ensuring excellent customer advice and sustainable customer loyalty

## Requirements

- Completed commercial or technical training and further education as a sales manager desirable

- Several years of experience in a leadership position in the automotive trade

- You can inspire and lead people, are strong in communication, responsible, and willing to make decisions

- You are resilient and reliable, approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, and have technical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking and acting

- You have high social competence, negotiation strength, and pronounced result and goal orientation

- Pronounced teamwork, empathy, and role model function

- Good English language skills in writing and speaking are required

- Independent and conscientious work
