## Description

Job Purpose: The Control Environment Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper conduct of operations at the branch, achieving a balance between customer service, operational risk, and risk appetite, by adhering to global standards, regulations, technological solutions, and personnel training and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with global standards, regulations, and internal controls

- Oversee operational risk management and risk appetite

- Develop and implement effective training and awareness programs for personnel

- Monitor and report on control environment performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking control, operations, risk, or fraud areas

- Experience as an AEO/Team Leader or Manager is desirable

- Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and risk management

- Familiarity with RCA methodology and consumer products is desirable

- Knowledge of database administration and project development methodologies is desirable
