## Description

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Physical Therapy Aide to join our team in Provo, Utah.

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will support physical therapy care by preparing treatment areas, patients, and equipment. You will prepare patients for physical therapy treatment by welcoming, comforting, and providing information. You will also help treat patients by applying heat packs and performing prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare treatment areas, patients, and equipment

- Welcome and comfort patients

- Provide information to patients

- Apply heat packs and perform prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques

- Maintain patient confidentiality

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

- Sterilize and deliver equipment and supplies

- Stock physical therapy room and consultation rooms

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED

- Completion of a college-level anatomy course preferred

- Prior physical therapy experience preferred

- Willingness to adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patients' privacy

- Attention to detail, good communication skills, punctual, and ability to multi-task

- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients

- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Hours:

- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 1-6pm

- Thursday: 8am-6pm
