## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We are looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Responsibilities include:

- Operating in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service

- Being digitally confident, utilizing our digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards, balancing speed and accuracy

- Contributing to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing situations, being flexible and responsive

The work pattern is:

- Monday: 17:00-21:00

- Tuesday: 17:00-21:00

- Saturday: 11:00-15:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
