## Description

We are seeking a Caretaker to join our team in London Borough of Lewisham. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused, and responsive service to Lewisham residents.

The role involves cleaning and maintaining shared areas of buildings, ensuring residents live in a safe, clean, and tidy environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Sweeping and cleaning internal and external communal areas

- Removing fly-tipping, lumber, or bulky items

- Carrying out systematic checks on communal areas

- Requesting and monitoring repairs

- Identifying and reporting welfare or safeguarding concerns

- Identifying and reporting nuisance or anti-social behaviour
