## Description

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our customer service contact centre, you will help customers with queries and provide resolutions while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customers, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in a customer service environment is desirable, but not essential, as we provide a comprehensive 4-week induction plan to support you.
