## Description

We are seeking an experienced FBS Agile Product Manager III- Guidewire to maximize the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time. As a Product Manager, you will identify business and customer needs, prioritize program level work, and guide this work through the Program Kanban.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining the program vision and roadmap

- Defining, prioritizing, and validating requirements

- Leading and collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders

- Providing strategic oversight and leadership to direct reports

- Managing the flow of complex work through the program Kanban

- Embracing continuous exploration through frequent customer interaction, user interviews, and surveys

- Serving as the internal voice of the customer for the ART

- Building an effective Product Management/Product Owner team

Requirements:

- 9+ years of experience

- Guidewire, Cloud, Rally, Microsoft Office Suite, Copilot skills
